Key Challenge Partner

Our partners want to capture the operating knowledge of their machines in a structured way and make it directly available when training new employees and customers. Knowledge about operating a machine often sits in the minds of individual experienced specialists, especially with legacy machines, and is therefore not accessible to everyone in a structured way. With new machines, the knowledge is more often documented, but distributed across manuals, specifications, and contacts, making it hard to use quickly and practically in everyday work. In both cases, this means that machines are not used to 100% of their capacity and the quality of the end product can vary significantly. The lack of standardization and usability of this knowledge is particularly critical when training new employees.

The industry is at a crossroads. Are you the one with the solution?

Final Blueprint

Operating support: Interactive training software guides users directly at the machine through operation, ensuring fast onboarding and optimal knowledge transfer. This noticeably reduces training time, regardless of whether on-site experience is already available.

Training mode: A dedicated training mode with visual instructions makes typical steps and workflows easy to follow, for your own employees as well as for operators. On-site knowledge levels are aligned, and onboarding becomes plannable.

Industry Bottlenecks

Industry Bottlenecks

Experiential knowledge in machine operation is specialized and complex.

Even documented knowledge such as manuals and specifications is often not intuitively findable in everyday work.

Skills shortages and turnover intensify the loss of knowledge when experienced employees leave.

Long training times lead to avoidable errors and quality fluctuations, while pressure for higher quality from customers increases.

Training often depends on the availability of individual experienced employees.

Existing checklists or intranet documentation barely capture implicit experiential knowledge or guidance directly at the machine.
