Structuring Knowledge and Making It Accessible
We are seeking solutions that structure and connect existing company knowledge from documents, data, and projects, and bring it to where it is needed.
Key Challenge Partner
Our partners want to make knowledge scattered across various systems centrally findable and automate processes. Documented knowledge exists in very different forms, as files, in specialized systems, project reports, or spreadsheets, and is scattered across various software systems and folder structures, so that it often cannot be found or efficiently retrieved and applied in everyday work. Employees lose time through lengthy searches. At the same time, many processes remain manual and inefficient, even though they could be automated with existing knowledge.

Final Blueprint
The solution brings together existing company knowledge from a wide variety of sources and formats and makes it retrievable via a central, AI-supported search or an assistant, context-based and tailored to the respective department. This allows knowledge that already exists and is hidden in folder structures to find its way from the data silo into daily use, reliably and traceably, without employees having to laboriously gather it together. Beyond that, the solution also applies this knowledge automatically where it makes sense, for example by executing standard processes directly or triggering work steps, making processes not only more informed but also faster and more efficient.

Industry Bottlenecks
Documented knowledge is scattered across many systems and formats and is often not quickly or intuitively findable in everyday work.
Even when knowledge is available digitally, its application often remains manual, making processes slow and error-prone.
AI-supported answers must be trustworthy: especially for safety- or quality-relevant knowledge, errors or hallucinations are not tolerable.
Access rights, data protection, and data currency become central requirements as soon as knowledge is centralized.
Legacy IT and heterogeneous system landscapes in the Mittelstand make the integration of new solutions more difficult.

FAQs
Find answers to the most common questions about our program and application process.
No. Participation in LOVEDIS is free for startups — including access to infrastructures, expert teams, and program resources.
Our program is two-tiered and results-driven. All teams begin with the three-month Base Accelerator. High-performing teams then qualify for the subsequent 1:1 Accelerator, where we spend an additional three months working intensively and individually on your scaling strategy.
Yes — if you are a tech startup with a prototype or MVP and a clear goal to validate or scale together with industry partners.
The Base Accelerator works well in a hybrid format. The 1:1 Accelerator includes on-site phases with our hub partners to validate and develop your solution in real environments.
We focus on teams beyond the pure idea stage. You should have a prototype, MVP, or early product that can be tested, validated, and further developed with partners.
No. Incorporation is not required for application. A GmbH or similar structure is helpful later — but not a condition to enter the program.
Yes. We welcome European and international teams — as long as they’re willing to collaborate with our industry and hub partners.
We focus on technologies with strong industrial relevance, particularly in LifeScience, Construction, and Industry & Automation. Cross-industry solutions are explicitly welcome.
No — LOVEDIS does not take equity.
