Key Challenge Partner

Our partner Weimer is implementing a Direct-to-Site strategy for salvaged materials. The goal is systematic on-site data capture to facilitate the direct transfer of building components between projects. By leveraging intelligent matching and real-time disposal pricing, this approach significantly reduces transport distances, costs, and emissions. The reality today: Limited space on job sites makes on-site sorting difficult, while high logistics costs often outweigh the material's residual value. A lack of transparency regarding recycler capacities and regulatory uncertainties currently hinder efficient, direct reuse.

The industry is at a crossroads. Are you the one with the solution?

Final Blueprint

Real-time eligibility checks right during the on-site consultation. With a single click, the system validates the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) of chosen materials against current funding guidelines, providing a reliable, instant certificate.

Industry Bottlenecks
Pain Points

Industry Bottlenecks

Space Constraints: Limited job site areas hinder efficient sorting, temporary storage, and material removal.

Tight Construction Timelines: Deconstruction requires precise timing to avoid bottlenecks. Even minor delays can disrupt the overarching schedule and drive up costs.

Prohibitive Logistics Costs: The expense of transporting reclaimed components often exceeds their actual material value.

Market Opacity: Lack of transparency regarding real-time capacities and dynamic pricing across different disposal facilities for specific material fractions.

Regulatory & Legal Hurdles: Uncertainty regarding warranties, industry standards, and liability for reclaimed materials.
