Program Goal
The sessions are aimed at startups that use AI in their products. They provide a well-founded understanding of current AI models, from model selection and cost potential to on-premise capability. Building on this, we examine how AI systems themselves become an attack surface and how startups can secure their solutions in a structured way. Next comes the implementation of AI at the customer, specifically in projects with Mittelstand companies: from typical pitfalls in project management to cultural hurdles that determine success or failure. The program is rounded off with an overview of the legal requirements of the EU AI Act and what they mean in concrete terms for startups selling AI products to enterprise customers.

NEXT SESSIONS
DEEP DIVES FOR TECHNOLOGICAL GROWTH
Take a look at the sessions in our AI Journey. The individual sessions build on one another. However, the program can be flexibly adapted to your needs.
The sessions are offered in German.

AI Trends & Model Comparison
Overview of current market trends and AI developments. Model comparison by performance, cost, use case, and on-premise capability. Where can switching models save money?

AI Resilience Day
Half-day workshop in Marburg: An experienced pentester shares insights from real attack cases and shows which vulnerabilities attackers actually exploit. Followed by a hands-on workshop session where you can test your own code live for security vulnerabilities. In the evening: an open fireside chat with founders and AI experts.

AI Implementation at the Customer
Implementing AI at the customer is a different task than building your own product. Learn which mistakes regularly occur in implementation projects in the Mittelstand and how to avoid them from the start.

AI Act
With the EU AI Act, binding rules apply to AI products in Europe. Learn which risk class your product falls into, which obligations you have as a provider, and what enterprise customers are already checking today.
